02022 Roots of Prevention Awards Celebration
We hope you will join us at our upcoming annual event to celebrate local folks supporting health and wellness in the Burlington community. This will not be just another Zoom meeting! We’ll have time for socializing, a silent auction, a keynote, and time to honor the 4 individuals above in Burlington supporting a healthier community for us all – something we all know is more important these days than ever before. 12th Annual Burlington Roots of Prevention Award Celebration
Wednesday, May 4th from 6:30-8:00pm
6:30-7:00 Join as you can to get settled, connect with others, and check out the silent auction.
7:00-8:00 Program, including keynote and awards

This event is free and open to the public, however, registration is required. REGISTER HERE
