The Burlington Partnership for a Healthy Community invites you to attend to our 7th annual
Roots of Prevention Award Celebration to publicly honor the outstanding contributions of our awardees to support Burlington to be a safe and healthy place for us all.

Registration and breakfast provided by Sugarsnap starts at 8:00am. Ceremony from 8:30-10:30am.
